 Homemade crunchy and perfectly sweet baklava

 Eggs Benedict with hash browns
     The poached eggs had perfectly oozing yolks, dripping into to the toasted English muffins.  The hash browns needed nothing but some of that oozing egg yolk happiness.

Portabello Omelette with carmelized onions and peppers with melted Swiss.  Yum!
